We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase for most items sold on Rally Registry. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging. Monogrammed and custom-ordered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Services and experiences sold on Rally Registry may be exchanged for store credit within 90 days of original purchase. Services or experiences which have been completed are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Your refund will include the cost of the item and any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you are returning a gift you received, your refund will be in the form of Rally Registry store credit and must be accompanied by a gift receipt or a Rally Registry order number.
